International Shipping Policy

International Orders

We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP), also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

This means that:

• The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes charged by their country.

• The customer is responsible for any VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges.

• These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.

• We do not reimburse, refund, or pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country.

• Customs charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are outside of our control.

Customs & Import Documentation

All international shipments will include accurate customs information.

We will:

• Declare the actual contents of the package.

• Provide an accurate description of the merchandise.

• Declare the actual transaction value of the merchandise.

• Provide the appropriate Harmonized System (HS) classification when required.

• Identify the country of origin when required.

• Complete required customs documentation.

We will not intentionally undervalue merchandise, mark merchandise as a gift, or provide false customs information in order to reduce or avoid import charges.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your country's customs authority may assess additional charges before or upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and any other carrier fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.

If a package is abandoned, refused, or destroyed by customs because the customer does not pay required charges or provide required information, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, inspections, or required documentation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted to be imported into their country.

EU Orders

Customers ordering from countries in the European Union are responsible for applicable VAT, import duties, and customs-related charges unless the order specifically states that these charges have been collected at checkout.

EU customs and import requirements may change. Customers are responsible for any charges assessed by the destination country's customs authority.

By completing an international purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

Shipping Method

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international orders are shipped using DAP/DDU (Delivered at Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

If a shipping service offering DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is specifically selected and paid for by the customer at checkout, the terms displayed for that shipping option will apply instead.
